For as long as I can remember, I’ve carried a quiet knowing that I was meant for more – not in an ego-driven way, but in that deep, soul-level sense that something greater waits when we choose to leap.
And leap I did.
Through loss, burnout, reinvention and moments where the life I’d built looked successful on the outside, but felt misaligned within.
Each time, I was guided – by intuition, by Source, by something bigger than logic – to step bravely into the unknown.
That bravery became the foundation of Minds & Millions.
I believe we are here to connect – to ourselves, to our people, and to the abundance that flows when we stop forcing and start trusting.
Business has always been my language. Strategy and structure come naturally to me, but I’ve learned that many people want guidance to build something meaningful without burning out in the process.
That’s why I’m here.

To me, business is spiritual. It’s a living, breathing extension of who you are. It should evolve with you, reflect your truth and create peace and profit in equal measure.

Jane is a serial entrepreneur, strategic mentor, and guide for people ready to build aligned, profitable businesses without losing themselves in the process.
She has started businesses from scratch, scaled them, exited and been paid for one (something very few founders ever experience) and made the difficult decision to close another. She understands growth, success, setbacks and reinvention – not theoretically but lived, earned and integrated.
Before entrepreneurship, Jane climbed the corporate ladder, gaining a deep understanding of strategy, systems, leadership and what it really takes to build something sustainable. She later transitioned into business ownership while navigating motherhood, pressure, responsibility, and moments of profound personal challenge – including betrayal that reshaped how she defined success.
Her work now sits at the intersection of business, wealth, and inner alignment. Through Minds & Millions, Jane helps entrepreneurs find their purpose, their peace, their people and their prosperity – guiding them to build businesses that feel expansive rather than exhausting.
